These boundaries are deliberate. Freight brokerage, dispatch, and federal regulatory filings are distinct functions with their own licensing, liability, and expertise requirements. Strateji Logistics Inc. works alongside the brokers, dispatchers, and compliance providers a carrier already uses — we do not replace them.
